Production Process: Our careful process begins with handpicked grapes, followed by an 8-10 day maceration period. The wine is then aged in special stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature, allowing it to refine and develop its unique flavors.

Food Pairings: Recommended with spicy red meat dishes and pasta al ragù, perfect for a summer barbecue. For vegetarian matches:Cheese, roasted and glazed vegetables, oven-roasted bell peppers, zucchini, and carrots.
