Sensory Profile: A Brut sparkling wine with fruity and mineral notes, enhanced by hints of dry hay and honey for added depth. Its lively freshness and balanced structure, coupled with fine and persistent bubbles, make it perfect for any occasion.

Production Process: Crafted from selected hand-harvested grapes, gently pressed to preserve the taste and the aroma of the variety. The excellent freshness is enhanced by the 2nd fermentation in autoclave where it stays 6 months in contact with the yeasts.

Perfect match: Delicious as an aperitif and perfect with meals, especially fish dishes. An excellent alternative to Prosecco.
