Our wines are sold in boxes of 3 or 6 bottles. To reduce empty space and packaging waste, we recommend ordering in multiples of three.

Our vineyards sit between forests and chestnut groves, supporting biodiversity, healthy soils, and natural CO₂ absorption.

We work with low yields and hands-on care — from pruning to harvesting — because great wine starts in the vineyard. We follow Integrated Pest Management, meaning we intervene only when necessary and use natural, low-impact solutions to protect the vines.

Winemaking. We take care of every detail, from planting the vineyards to bottling the wine.

In the cellar, we work with a minimal-intervention mindset. We add very low sulfites (less than 50% of the recommended amount), thanks to healthy grapes and precise winemaking. We use minimal, gravity-based filtration with a custom-made system that gently clarifies the wine while preserving its natural components.

With gentle pressing, we select only the best part of the must — no harsh extraction, just pure expression.

The wines are all produced at Edo’s family winery in San Colombano al Lambro, a small historic winemaking region in Lombardy, the only D.O.C. area in the province of Milano.

This region has been dedicated to wine production since Roman times and offers ideal conditions for viticulture, with diverse soils — sandy, silty, and calcareous.

Most of our wines carry the San Colombano D.O.C. and I.G.T. Collina del Milanese denominations.

You can find our wines in different spots across Germany, especially around Berlin and Freiburg. We work with cool restaurants, wine shops, and retail partners.
