Fruity and full-bodied, with notes of juicy cherries and red fruits. Hints of damask rose and violet, mixed with touches of spice, coffee, and licorice. A subtle saltiness.

Our process begins with handpicked grapes, followed by an 8–10 day maceration. The wine is then aged in special stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature, allowing it to refine and develop its unique flavours.

Recommended with spicy red meat dishes and pasta al ragù, perfect for a summer barbecue. Vegetarian options: cheese, roasted and glazed vegetables, oven-roasted bell peppers, zucchini, and carrots.
