Sensory Profile: Our Blanc de Noirs as an aromatic Rosé brut impresses with its elegant bubbles and its fresh notes of pink grapefruit and wild strawberry. On the palate, it is juicy and lively, the harmonious play of sweetness and acidity provides a special taste experience.

Production Process: Crafted from selected hand-harvested grapes, gently pressed to obtain a delicate pink color. The excellent freshness is enhanced by the 2nd fermentation in autoclave where it stays 6 months in contact with the yeasts.

Food Pairings: Delicious with light dishes, fresh salads, seafood, and perfect as an aperitif.
