Primavera

Our Blanc de Noirs as an aromatic Rosé brut impresses with its elegant bubbles and fresh notes of pink grapefruit and wild strawberry. On the palate, it is juicy and lively, with a harmonious balance of sweetness and acidity that creates a distinctive tasting experience.

Crafted from selected hand-harvested grapes, gently pressed to obtain a delicate pink colour. Its excellent freshness is enhanced by the second fermentation in autoclave, where it rests for six months in contact with the yeasts.

Delicious with light dishes, fresh salads, seafood, and perfect as an aperitif.
