Sensory Profile: A complex white wine offering a delicious mix of flower-like tastes with a hint of spices such as vanilla, along with a nice minerality.

Production Process: This white blend is craftedfrom hand harvested grapes that undergo a unique fermentation process in oak barrels with bâtonnage. This ensure a rich texture and a unique flavourprofile.

Perfect match: Appetizers and fish dishes such as seafood, shellfish and white meat such as chicken. For vegetarian matches, it perfectly pairs with some good vegetables but also, due to its low acid and its dryness, with fried Tofu.
