MEET THE TASTE OF THE ONLY MILAN D.O.C. WINE TERRITORY

Sensory Profile: A strucutred and vibrant red wine offering a flavor of sweet cherry and raspberry, all wrapped in a symphony of subtle spicy and floral undertones such as vanilla and liquorice.

Production Process: The handpicked grapes are refined with a 10-15 days maceration, followed by partly  6-months French Oak barriques aging, to hit all the right notes.

Food Pairings: Perfect with meat-based dishes, including cured and red meats, as well as aged and fresh cheeses. For those who prefer vegetarian options, it also complements grilled vegetables, pasta dishes, and roasted vegetables.
